Co-living is not Airbnb.

Co-living homes are more than just shared living spaces. Rouf co-living homes is an experience and a lifestyle, we create a warm, cosy environment, by bringing like-minded individuals together to build a supportive and diverse community - Community building is key in Co-living homes.

Our homes are nothing without its members who help build a very healthy community. We line up exciting activities from cooking classes, yoga sessions to just simply chilling out in the common area to share ideas with like-minded individuals - helping you to have a true sense of community that is often lacking in large cities.

Members in Rouf does not limit to Millennial’s alone.

Rouf is also helping to establish the next evolution of co- living, which will focus more towards older professionals in their 30’s to 50’s who value the community-based aspect of co-living while simultaneously wanting a higher level of privacy -

I am so appreciative of the personal touch and excellent customer service I received from Rouf.The home I stayed at was fully equipped to move in and beautifully decorated, with elegant furniture that made the apartment feel snug and luxurious.The apartment was located in the heart of Singapore, just around the corner from Orchard Road, which is packed full of shopping malls and at least 5 Louis Vuitton's! (essential).

The location was convenient for travelling, with Orchard Road MRT at the doorstep.I am so impressed with the responsiveness I received from the staff at Rouf, who were always on hand to make sure I had a pleasant stay.

They care a lot about their properties and take even better care of their tenants.Singapore is a difficult place to live, with the high cost of living. I believe Rouf’s initiative of co-living is fantastic; it brings the price of living down to a reasonable level, and you can build great relationships with likeminded housemates.
